Product market competitiveness has steadily improved. Ankang silkworm eggs have been exported to Uzbekistan and other countries since 2012. Its products, including regular clothing, medical uniforms, school uniforms, radiation protection clothing, outdoor gloves, ski suits, and sports shoes, sell well both domestically and internationally.

The integration of culture and tourism has injected new vitality into development. Ankang City has enhanced the industry's reputation by hosting four "Gilded Bronze Silkworm" Open Development Conferences and the Second Hanfu Design Competition. Meanwhile, the Ankang Silkworm Egg Farm has been included in the first batch of provincial-level industrial heritage sites. Cultural tourism projects such as the Golden Silkworm Hometown Exhibition Hall, the Gilded Bronze Silkworm Culture Research Institute, and the "Most Beautiful Mulberry Sea" scenic area have been successively completed, achieving deep integration of the textile industry and cultural tourism.
